FAQs

What if I've never taught before?
That's completely okay! We’ve had individuals from all backgrounds interested in becoming teachers. Even if you have no prior experience, you can definitely go ahead with this training.
Are there any prerequisites?
Our courses have no prerequisites. Each training is thorough and will provide you with all the knowledge needed to become a proficient instructor. While we typically recommend completing Pilates Mat before Reformer Training, as Reformer requires strong verbal cueing skills and a good understanding of the machine, making it a more advanced course, many students still opt to begin with Reformer.
Does your course cover anatomy?
Definitely! We incorporate anatomy into all of our certification courses. By teaching anatomy visually and connecting it directly to the exercises, we enhance the learning experience, making it more engaging and ensuring you gain a thorough understanding of how anatomy applies to the repertoire, sequences, and flows. This approach helps you become the most effective instructor possible.

Our Dynamic Course

Pilates has come a long way since its beginnings as Contrology, created by Joseph Pilates over a century ago. What started as a method to strengthen the body through control and precision has evolved into a global movement, with classes now using a range of equipment — especially the Reformer. Over time, new approaches have emerged — and one of the most exciting is Dynamic Reformer Pilates. This contemporary style takes the core principles of traditional Pilates — breath, concentration, control, precision, centre, and flow — and blends them with modern strength and conditioning techniques. Dynamic Reformer Pilates pushes the practice further. You’ll move through powerful sequences that build strength, stability, and endurance — sometimes incorporating additional equipment like free weights for an extra challenge. At its core, Dynamic Reformer Pilates is about balance: the perfect fusion of mindful movement and full-body conditioning. It’s Pilates, redefined — more energy, more strength, and more results.
